Shipping policy

We ship our shoes to Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.

Delivery times may be extended beyond the below during busy periods and/or at the time of a promotion/sale so please be patient with us.

Usually orders are processed on the next business day and typically dispatched within 1-5 business days from our warehouse, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

  • We provide Standard or Express Postage within Australia.
  • 2-5 business days for dispatched from our warehouse.
  • We offer Standard Shipping in Australia
  • We also offer Express Shipping in Australia for $15.00-$20.00 flat rate fee.
  • We provide Standard International Postage for a flat rate fee of to New Zealand $30.00 *NO RETURNS*

Please allow 2-5 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse for this Standard Delivery to Australia, and 1-3 days for Express within Australia. For International Standard Shipping please allow 10-20 days. These timeframes are intended as a guideline only, and orders may take longer at times - particularly if you are located in a regional area or overseas.

Once shipped, the delivery of the parcel is the responsibility of our parcel carrier and not The Golden Mother. We recommend you to direct your order to an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery during delivery hours. If a mobile number is provided, we may offer the customer the choice to provide Australia Post authority to leave the parcel at the property if they are not home or if they would like this delivered to the local post office for collection. This is at your own risk we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.

 

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are looking to return or exchange your shoes for whatever reason, we’re help to help and we offer a 30-day returns policy for customers within Australia. Please refer to our RETURNS CHECKLIST below before proceeding. 

NO RETURNS on overseas or sale items - please choose carefully!

 

RETURNS CHECKLIST FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Lex Barefoot Pty Ltd will accept product returns for an exchange or refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Unworn and unused with the original tags attached
  • In the original branded undamaged shoebox
  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Purchase was made on this website

Please note we are unable to accept shoes returned with scratched or dirty soles. We advise that when you try on your new shoes for the first time you wear socks and test them out on the carpet (just in case!).

 

STORE CREDIT 110% (RECOMMENDED)

You can opt to receive a 110% store credit for your return which means that if the product you ordered costs $100, we will apply a credit of $110 to your online account for your next order.

  • 110% store credit is based on the product's total price paid (excluding shipping)
  • Store credit cannot be applied to shipping costs on a new order
  • Store credit can't be used with any other discount codes
  • An order made on store credit cannot have a second store credit applied to it.
  • Store credit is only applicable to orders that have been fulfilled and returned
  • There is no expiry date to using store credit
  • Store credits are applied to the account registered with the order email address
  • New Zealand customers: please note that all transactions are completed in AUD

EXCHANGES

No exchanges on sales!

We can exchange the returned item for a new item of lesser or greater value. If the new item is of a lesser value the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. If the new item is of a greater value details of how to pay the difference will be sent to you.

REFUNDS

No refunds on sales!

Refunds will be handled as follows:

  • Will be issued using the same method as the original purchase
  • Credited to the same account your payment came from
  • Processed within 7 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse
  • During peak periods refunds may take 10 business days
  • Once processed, the time for funds to appear in your account will depend on your card issuer
  • International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside Australia

RETURNS METHOD

  • All return postage is required to be paid by the customer.
  • Returns must include a valid proof of purchase of postage

*IMPORTANT*

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which are not sent in accordance with our returns policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
